目的探讨顽固性腹泻的护理方法 ,预防和减少顽固性腹泻的发生,减轻患者痛苦。方法收集患者的基本信息,分析腹泻的病因病机,对引发腹泻的主要危险因素进行干预,实施护理措施。结果患者中93.4%治愈,效果理想。结论及时有效的开展护理措施,能有效的预防或减轻腹泻的症状,促进病情康复。

Objective To explore the nursing of intractable diarrhea, to prevent and reduce the incidence of intractable diarrhea, alleviate the suffering of patients. Methods Collected patients with basic information and analysis diarrhea pathogenesis caused major risk factor intervention, the implementation of care measures. Results 93.4%of patients were cured, the desired effect. Conclusion Conduct timely and effective care measures, can prevent or alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea effectively, promote disease recovery.
