产妇临产后焦虑相关因素及护理对策

To Explore the Nursing Countermeasure and Lying-in Women Relevant Factor of Anxiety After Parturient

目的：探讨产妇临产后焦虑的相关因素及有效的护理对策。方法选取2013年7月～2014年10月于我院分娩的患者116例为研究对象，随机均分为两组。对照组只进行基本的护理，观察组从多方面进行护理，对比两组患者一周后的焦虑状态，焦虑相关因素法采用Logistic回归分析。结果产妇临产后的焦虑与担心产后并发症、对孩子性别的关注、担心新生儿发育及经济负担四个方面相关。术后观察组护理效果有效率高于对照组（93.10%vs 62.07%）P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论产妇产后的焦虑是多因素相互作用的结果，系统有效的护理方法可有效缓解产妇产后的焦虑状态。

Objective To explore the effective nursing countermeasures and factors related to lying-in women anxiety after parturient. Methods Selected 116 cases who had puerperal in our hospital, divided into two groups randomly, the control group were given basic care, the observation group were given nursing care to all aspects. Compared patients two groups with anxiety state after one week, used adopting Logistic regression analysis to investigate the factors related maternal anxiety. Results Four main factors related to maternal anxiety of lying-in women after parturient, attention to children sexual, children growth and ifnancial burden. postoperative nursing effect of observation group was better than that in control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significant. Conclusion Lying-in women postpartum anxiety is the result of many factors interact with each other, System effective nursing methods can alleviate the anxiety of lying-in women postpartum state effectively.
