慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者使用中药后的心理体会

The Psychological Experience of Chronic Renal Failure Patients With Skin Pruritus by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探究肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者采用中药后的护理措施和效果。方法对收治的64例慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者进行随机分组,采用中药治疗和护理。结果实验组患者的护理有效率为91.67%,对照组患者的护理有效率为78.57%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者采用中药治疗后,并给予综合护理,可缓解身体不适症状,减轻病痛,改善身体的舒适度和提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect on patients who has chronic renal failure with pruritus by nursing measures and Chinese medicine. Methods Selected 64 cases of chronic renal failure patients with skin pruritus, divided into group randomly by traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing. Results The experimental group efifciency was 91.67%, control group was 78.57%, P〈0.05,had difference statistical signiifcant. Conclusion Chronic renal failure patients with skin itching after treatment of Chinese medicine, and given comprehensive nursing care can alleviate the physical symptoms, relieve pain, improve the physical comfort level and quality of life.
