核磁共振对椎管肿瘤诊断的临床价值研究

Clinical value on the diagnosis of intraspinal tumors by magnetic resonance imaging

目的:分析和探讨核磁共振对椎管肿瘤诊断的临床价值.方法:选取我院2013-03/2014-03收治的60例椎管肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受核磁共振检测,回顾性分析所有患者临床及核磁共振的影像学资料.结果:经核磁共振与术前病理学检查,60例患者具体肿瘤分型均为星形细胞癌14例,转移癌12例,脊膜癌11例,室管膜癌9例,神经纤维癌7例,血管母细胞癌4例,脂肪癌3例,两组检查方法结果完全一致,符合率为100%.结论:采用核磁共振对椎管肿瘤诊断的临床价值显著,大大提高了诊断的准确性,为早期诊断及治疗提供了科学的参考依据.

AIM： To analyze and evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） for diagnosing intraspinal tumors. METHODS： 60 cases of intraspinal tumor were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 as the object of study, all patients underwent MRI detection. And the clinical and MRI data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The preoperative MRI and pathological examination showed that the specific tumor types of 60 patients were 14 cases of stellate cell carcinoma, metastatic carcinoma in 12 cases, 11 cases meninges carcinoma, 9 cases of ependymal carcinoma, 7 cases of nerve fiber carcinoma, 4 cases of vascular mother cell carcinoma, 3 cases of fatty cancer, and two check methods had completely consistent results, the coincidence rate was 100%. CONCLUSION： The clinical value is significant by magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosis of intraspinal tumors, which greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis, and provide scientific references for the early diagnosis and treatment.
