剖宫产子宫疤痕处妊娠32例诊治分析

Analysis of 32 cases of cesarean uterine scar pregnancy

目的：对32例剖宫产子宫瘢痕处妊娠的诊疗体会。方法：从2013-01/2014-01，选取我院的32例剖宫产子宫瘢痕处妊娠的案例进行研究，观察子宫剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠临床治疗效果。结果：子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者通过药物治疗的显效率78.13%（25/32），有效率15.63%（5/32），无效率6.25%（2/32），总有效率为93.75%（30/32）。表明药物对子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者的治疗效果较好；子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者通过药物治疗后的住院天数平均为30~50 d，患者满意度为90.63%（29/32）。结论：子宫剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠发生率较高，药物治疗效果较好，住院时间较短，患者满意度较高。

AIM： To study the experience of 32 cases of cesarean uterine scar pregnancy diagnosis. METHODS： 32 cases of cesarean uterine scar pregnancy cases were selected from 2014 January to 2015 January in our hospital, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of uterine cesarean scar pregnancy. RESULTS： Patients with drug treatment of uterine scar pregnancy, the significant effective rate was 78.13% （25/32）, efficiency rate of 15.63% （5/32）, no efficiency rate of 6.25% （2/32）, the total effective rate was 93.75% （30/32）. The results show that the drugs on patients with cesarean uterine scar pregnancy have good treatment effect; the average hospitalization of patients was 30~50 days after drug treatment, and the satisfaction of patients was 90.63% （29/32）. CONCLUSION： The incidence of uterine cesarean section scar pregnancy is high, the therapeutic effect of drugs is good, with shorter hospital stay and higher patients’ satisfaction.
