摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)在湿疹发病机制中的作用.方法:从2013-05/2014-06我院收治的急性湿疹患者和慢性湿疹患者中各抽取20例,并选取10例正常者作为研究对象,采用链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶连接(SP)的方法,检测患者表皮和真皮细胞质中的表达.结果:IL-17在正常皮肤组织细胞中无表达,在湿疹患者表皮角质形成细胞和真皮浸润淋巴细胞中均有表达,且在急性湿疹中的表达高于慢性湿疹中的表达(P<0.05).结论:IL-17在湿疹患者发病初级阶段发挥作用. AIM: To investigate the role of interleukin 17 (IL-17) in the pathogenesis of eczema. METHODS: Ten patients with acute eczema and 10 patients with chronic eczema who were admitted to the hospital from June 2013 to June 2014, and 10 cases of normal person were selected as the research objects. The expressions of epidermal and dermal cytoplasm of patients were detected by streptavidin-perosidase (SP) method. RESULTS: IL-17 expression was not detected in skin tissue cells of healthy people, but in keratinocyte and dermal infiltrated lymphocytes, and the expression was more remarkable in acute eczema than in chronic eczema (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: IL-17 plays an important role in the primary stage of pathogenesis in patients with eczema.
