摘要
对景洪水电站在直埋蜗壳外围混凝土结构存在裂缝情况下的机组振动状态进行了现场试验,同时测量了机组和厂房结构的振动,对厂房混凝土结构的振动水平进行分析评价。建立三维有限元模型,对厂房结构的自由振动和振动反应进行了分析,从振动的角度对直埋蜗壳方案的安全性和适用性做出评价,结果表明机组和厂房的振动水平在允许范围内,采用直埋式蜗壳结构的水电站的运行安全稳定性可以得到保证。
The vibration characteristics of unit in Jinghong Hydropower Station are tested at the cracking status of surrounding concrete structure of directly-embedded spiral case, and meanwhile the vibration of unit and powerhouse are measured and the vibration of powerhouse concrete structure is also analyzed. By establishing 3-D FEM model, the free vibration and vibration response of powerhouse structure are analyzed, and the safety and suitability of directly-embedded spiral case are evaluated from the view point of vibration codes. The results show that the vibration levels of unit and powerhouse are acceptable. It is also approved that the operation safety and stability of hydropower station with directly-embedded spiral case design can be guaranteed.
