摘要
为探究混流式水轮机更新改造前后的水力稳定性,基于CFD性能预测方法,对改造前后的水轮机内部流场进行全流道三维数值模拟分析,探讨水轮机内部流场的速度分布、压力分布、尾水管涡带情况。结果表明:水轮机更新改造后,流道内部流动更加均匀,规律性更强,流态得以改善,运行稳定性提高,机组出力增大,水轮机效率提高,检修周期延长。
To further study the hydraulic stability of Francis turbine before and after retrofit, the inner flow field of turbine before and after retrofit are simulated by using three-dimensional numerical method based on CFD predicting theory to inquire into the velocity distribution, pressure distribution and draft tube vortex. The research results show that, after the retrofit of turbine, the inner flow is more uniform, the flow regularity, operation stability and turbine efficiency are improved, the unitoutput is increased and the maintenance cvcle is extended.
