新兵心理健康水平与军事训练成绩的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨新兵心理健康水平与军事训练成绩的关系。方法选择某部292名2013年秋季入伍士兵,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行心理健康水平和人格特质测评,并以军事训练成绩是否合格为分组变量检验士兵心理健康水平和人格特质的差异性,同时进行心理健康水平和人格特质与训练成绩的相关性分析。结果独立样本t检验显示,不同战术动作成绩的新兵在EPQ的神经质分量表上的差异有统计学意义(P=0.02),不同100 m跑考核的新兵在SCL-90所有因子分上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,神经质人格(OR=0.969)和人际关系敏感(OR=0.337)最终进入方程,可以分别预测新兵战术动作和100 m跑考核成绩。结论情绪稳定性和社会支持度会在一定程度上影响新兵的考核成绩,应考虑在新兵集训期间采取有效的认知行为训练,增强新兵对应激情境的控制能力,从而提高训练成绩。 [Objective]To explore the relationship between mental health and military training performance of the recruits. [Methods]A total of 292 recruits enlisted in Fall 2013 were surveyed by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck Questionnaire (EPQ) for mental health and personality traits, and the training performance was taken as the grouping variable to identify the differences in mental health and personality traits, and the correlation analysis of mental health and personality traits and training performance was performed. [Results]Independent-sample t-test found that the EPQ-N was significant different (P=0.02) in the different scores of tactical operation, and the differences of all factors of SCL-90 were significant between recruits with different scores of century sprint(P〈O.05 ). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the EPQ-N (OR=0.969) and the weak communicative ability factor (OR=0.337) eventually entered the equation, which could directly predicted the tactical operation and century sprint scores. [Conclusion]The emotional stability and the social support has a certain influence to the recruit performance. The effectively cognitive behavior training should be considered to enhance the recruits control ability of intense condition, so as to improve the training results.
