摘要
弯梁桥在城市高架建设中被广泛应用,但由于设计及施工中对弯梁受力机理的独特性考虑不周,导致桥梁出现病害,影响其使用的安全性与舒适性,因而需对既有病害进行修复。由此,选定某一工程实例,通过有限元分析对弯梁的维修方案进行比选,明确采用PLC同步顶升系统进行维修施工,并进一步归纳该系统的优势。在详细分析PLC同步顶升系统的施工流程、施工系统、纠偏与支座更换操作流程的基础上,通过分析监控数据,论证此系统应用于弯梁纠偏及支座更换的可行性,对其推广给出建议。
The curved beam bridge is widely used in construction of urban viaduct. Because of the thoughtlessness in the unique stress characteristics of curved beam in the design and construction, the bridge is caused of diseases to influence its service safety and comfort. Therefore, it is required to repair the existing diseases. Therefrom, selecting an engineering case, the article compares the repairing schemes of curved beam by the finite element analysis, makes clear the application of PLC synchronous jack-up system for the repair construction, and further concludes the superiority of this system. On the basis of analyzing the construction process, construction system, corrective and bearing replacement operation process, and analyzing the monitoring data, the article demonstrates the feasibility of this system used for the adjustment of curved beam and replacement of bearing. The proposal is given for its promotion.
