城市地下工程深基坑开挖对临近建筑物保护措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于城市空间越来越小,城市地下结构的利用空间也越来越小,当城市地下结构近邻既有建(构)筑物时,地下结构在施工过程中与建(构)筑物之间将不可避免发生动态的相互作用,而这种作用往往导致地表沉降,从而引起临近建(构)筑物沉降甚至变形。如何减少地下结构开挖过程中对建(构)筑物的影响将是今后地下结构施工的重点与难点。通过广中路地道施工实例,重点分析当建(构)筑物距离深基坑较近时对该建(构)筑物的沉降影响控制,为同类型结构施工提供参考经验。 The usable space of urban underground structure is smaller and smaller because of smaller and smaller urban space. When the urban underground structure is close to the existing structures and buildings,it is inevitable to cause the dynamic interaction among the buildings and structures in the construction process of underground structure. But this action often leads to the ground settlement so as to cause the settlement and even deformation of the adjacent buildings and structures. How to reduce the influence in the excavation process of underground structure on the buildings and structures will be the keystone and difficulty in the future construction of underground structure. According to the construction case of Guangzhong Road Tunnel, the article focuses analysis on the control of settlement influence on this building(structure)when the building(structure)is more close to the deep foundation pit, which can be referenced for the construction of the similar structures.
