摘要
QC小组通过对影响电站厂用电率的各个用电部位进行分析,确定出了两个主要因素。对其制定出对策措施并逐一实施,最终降低了小漩电站的厂用电率,实现了QC小组活动的预定目标。
QC group analyzes all power consumption parts affecting power plant power consumption rate, and two main factors are determined. Countermeasures are formulated and implemented one by one aiming at the factors, thereby finally reducing power consumption rate of Xiaoxuan Power Plant, and realizing intended target of QC gToup activities.
