摘要 采用气相色谱仪检测技术,对重庆市万州区10个乡镇的中药材种植区土壤中有机氯农药的残留现状及其分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,万州区中药材种植区土壤中存在DDTs和HCHs两类有机氯农药。不同乡镇的有机氯农药残留水平差异显著,DDTs、HCHs的变化范围分别为55.33~139.36μg/kg和2.57~7.77μg/kg,分布区域规律性不强;DDTs、HCHs有机氯农药在土壤中的检出率也不一样,各组分之间存在着一定的差异,P,P’-DDE最高,达到100%,γ-HCH最低为76.3%,由此可以看出,万州区中药材产区土壤中农药残留不容忽视。 An analysis was made on the current situation and distribution characteristics of the residues of the organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the soils of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials planting areas in 10 townships in Wanzhou dis-trict using the detection technology of gas chromatography. The results showed that there were two kinds of organochlorine pesticides existed in the Chinese herbal medicine soil, namely, DDTs and HCHs. The differences of the organochlorine pes-ticide residue levels were significantly between different townships, with a range of 55.33~139.36μg/kg for DDTs and 2.57~7.77μg/kg for HCHs, the regional distribution regularity was not strong. The detectable rates of DDTs and HCHs organochlorine pesticides in the soils were not the same, there were some differences between various components, P,P'-DDE was the highest, reaching 100%, γ-HCH was the minimum, namely, 76.3%. Thus it can be seen that in the Chinese herbal medicine production areas in Wanzhou district, the pesticide residues in the soil cannot be ignored.
