幽门螺杆菌细胞毒素相关蛋白A与动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 幽门螺杆菌细胞毒素相关蛋白A(Cag A)阳性菌株感染与动脉粥样硬化关系尚无一致结论。目前大量研究认为其可促进动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展,是动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素之一,其主要机制可能是通过导致炎症损伤、血脂代谢紊乱、免疫反应和直接作用等多种途径影响动脉粥样硬化的病理演变过程。但亦有一些研究持相反的观点,认为Cag A+Hp菌株感染与动脉粥样硬化的发生无关,其并未参与动脉粥样硬化的形成过程,因此,二者之间的确切关系尚不明确,还需要做更加深入的研究,从而为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供可靠的理论依据。 The correlation between the cytotoxin associated gene-A-positive with Helicobacter pylori and atherosclerosis is unknown. Most studies have found that it may promote the formation and development of atherosclerosis and one of the important risk factor of atherosclerosis, and it may be resulted through inflammatory lesions, lipid metabolism disorder, immune response, direct action and etc. However, the opposite point of view thought that Hp-CagA-positive strains infection did not involve in atherosclerosis. Thus, the exact relationship between them still needs to do an in- depth research, thereby, providing theoretical foundation for the prevention and therapy of atherosclerosis.
