The paper describes various problems of Shanxi Building Engineering Construction Data Management Regulations,Shanxi Building Engineering Construction Quality Checking Regulations,and Shanxi Haisheng software occurring in construction process,explores the causes,and finally puts forward solving methods,with a view to provide some guidance for timely revision in future.
