摘要
加州大学洛杉矶分校图书馆运用D—MScore方法对其2003~2013年的LibQUAL+调查结果展开分析,通过D-MScore、素养成果图、满意度图、资源使用图简单明了地展现了图书馆服务所需改进的领域及细节,对国内图书馆服务质量管理工作的开展也有着深刻的借鉴和启迪意义。
University of California, Los Angeles used D-M Score method to analyze its LibQUAL + survey results from 2003 to 2013. This project demonstrates UCLA library's service areas which need to be improved by calculating D-M Score, plotting literacy outcome graph, satisfaction graph and library usage graph. This project also gives profound inspiration and enlightenment for domestic libraries.
