国家生态凝聚力是生态文明建设过程中形成的内向聚合力和外向吸引力。生态文明建设是经济发展方式转变的价值理念和目标导向。生态产业是生态经济的产业化形态,其核心问题是正确认识和处理生态与经济的辩证统一关系,并促使二者相互协调和相互促进。因此发展生态产业促进经济发展方式转变是加强生态文明建设和形成国家生态凝聚力的重要途径。本文首先对生态凝聚力的核心理念及其理论渊源进行了阐释;其次对生态凝聚力与经济发展方式转变内在统一的价值观基础进行了简要概括;再次对发展生态产业促进经济发展方式转变的理论依据进行了说明;最后对发展生态产业促进经济发展方式转变的现实路径进行了阐述。

The national ecological cohesion is an inward force of cohesion and an outward attraction formed in the process of the ecological civilization construction. The ecological civilization construction is the value idea and the goal orientation of the trans- formation of the economic development mode. As the industrialization form of ecological economy, the core issue of eco - indus- tries is to understand and handle correctly the dialectical relationship between ecology and economy, and cause them to cohere with each other. Therefore developing eeo - industries is an important approach to promote the transformation of the economic de- velopment mode, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, and form the national ecological cohesion. Firstly, this paper gives an interpretation on the core idea and the theoretical source of ecological cohesion. Secondly, it provides a brief generalization of the inherent unity value of foundation on the national ecological cohesion and the transformation of the economic development mode. Thirdly, it analyses the theoretical basis on which eco - industries promote the transformation of the economic development mode. Lastly, the practical ways are explored by which eco - industries promote the transformation of the economic development mode.
