摘要
针对特殊气候条件和低温高寒环境,结合现有电力巡检无人机技术应用情况,研究了在高寒环境下的无人机电力巡检优化配置和操作流程。该优化配置主要是基于四旋翼无人机产品,进行了无人机机体、无人机动力电池、无人机挂载系统的低温环境专用配置和前期准备,并提出了高寒环境现场操作人员的相关防护措施和操作注意事项。除此之外,为了保证电力设施和周边人员的安全,总结提出了在高寒环境中执行无人机电力巡检任务时的标准操作使用流程和操作注意事项。通过实地测试表明优化配置及现场操作流程能很好地降低飞行过程风险并提高无人机电力巡捡工作效率。
Based on the special weather condition and subzero temperature, combining the power line inspection UAV we had, to study the optimized UAV configuration and operation procedure for power line inspection in subzero environments. The study includes the special preparation for UAV airframe, UAV batteries, UAV payload system in subzero environment. Besides that, in order to ensure the safety of all the equipment and UAV operator, the standard UAV inspection procedure in subzero environment is brought up in this article too.
