摘要
目的对某企业苯乙腈技术改造项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,探讨合理可行的防护措施及防治对策,保护劳动者健康。方法根据技术改造项目投产后生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素的特点,采用现场调查法、检测检验法和检查表分析法进行定性和定量分析评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有氰化钠、氯化苄、苯乙腈、次氯酸钠、噪声、高温等。对该企业的检测结果显示,氰化钠各检测点检测结果均<0.14 mg/m3,氯化苄各检测点检测结果均<0.1 mg/m3,苯乙腈各检测点检测结果均<0.44 mg/m3,检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求;噪声强度各测量结果均<85 d B(A),符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目对有关职业病危害防护设施完成整改后,职业病危害控制效果可行,达到保护劳动者健康的目的。
[Objective]To perform control effect evaluation of occupational hazards in a benzene acetonitrile transformation project, to explore practicable precautions and countermeasures, and protect the health of workers. [Methods]In accordance with the characteristics of occupational hazards generated in the production process, on-site investigation, inspection and testing methods and checklists analysis were used to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation.[Results]The main occupational hazards exist in the project were sodium cyanide, benzyl chloride, benzyl cyanide, sodium hypochlorite, noise, heat and so on. The test results showed that the concentration of sodium cyanide in detection points was all 〈 0.14 mg/m3, the concentration of benzyl chloride in detection points was all 〈 0.1 mg/m3, the concentration of benzyl cyanide in detection points was all 〈 0. 44 m^in3, the detection results were in line with the requirements of occupational exposure limits; the noise intensity was 〈 85 dB (A), within the requirements of occupational exposure limit.[Conclusion]After rectification of occupational hazard protection facilities, the occupational hazards control is effective and meets the requirement of health protection of workers.
