丹赤饮治疗子宫内膜异位症相关不孕症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察丹赤饮治疗子宫内膜异位症相关不孕症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂,3.6mg/次,1月/d,第一次月经来潮1~5d内肌注,无月经周期可每隔28d肌注1次,3次为一个疗程。治疗组60例丹赤饮,柴胡10g,皂刺、制香附各15g,莪术10g,丹参25g,赤芍15g;气虚加白术炒25g,云苓20g,黄芪炙30g;痛经加乌药10g,元胡15g;寒凝加制附子、桂枝各10g;腰痛加生杜仲10g,川断20g;肛门坠痛加羌活10g;1剂/d,水煎400m L,术后首次月经来潮时1~5d内早晚口服,连服21d。连续治疗1个月经周期为1疗程。观测临床症状、盆腔包块、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效23例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈9例,显效11例,有效25例,无效15例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组r-AFS分期妊娠率治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]丹赤饮治疗子宫内膜异位症相关不孕症疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
