祛痰通络方治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察祛痰通络方治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组55例二甲双胍,0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组55例祛痰通络方(胆南星6g,瓜篓10g,法半夏8g,香附6g,川芎8g,黄芪15g;气虚加白术10g,党参、山楂各15g;血虚加何首乌15g,桑寄生、当归各10g,丹参15g;热加大黄6g,草决明、黄芩各10g;寒加干姜、肉桂各3g,白芥子6g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效23例,无效6例,总有效率89.09%。对照组显效18例,有效23例,无效14例,总有效率74.55%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖及胰岛素指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。血脂指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛痰通络方治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, insulin sensitivity index, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group, 26 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, six cases, the total efficiency of 89.09%. Control group, 18 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, 14 cases, the total efficiency of 74.55%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Glucose and insulin levels to improve the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Treatment group improved lipid levels than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Expectorant meridians side effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance was significantly worthy of promotion.
