柴胡解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎80例临床观察

Chronic Hepatitis B and Detoxification Treatment Chaihu of 80 Cases of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察柴胡解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,对80例门诊及住院患者使用柴胡解毒汤(柴胡、黄芩各12g,党参、法半夏、白芍各10g,甘草6g,郁金9g,紫草15g,板蓝根20g,黄芪15g,枳实5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗4个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、TBil、ALT、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效30例,无效5例,总有效率93.75%。症状、体征均有改善(P<0.01)。肝功能变化均有改善(P<0.01)。[结论]柴胡解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎,效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Chaihu detoxification treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment.[Methods]Using a prospective design, 80 cases of use of outpatient and inpatient detoxification soup Bupleurum（Chaihu,Huangqi 12 g, Dangshen,Fabanxia,Baishao 10 g, Gancao 6g, Yujin 9g, Zicao15 g, Banlangen 20 g, Huangqi 15 g, Zhishi 5g）, 1 a / d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally. Continuous treatment for four months for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, TBil, ALT, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] 30 cases were cured, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Symptoms and signs were improved（P〈0.01）. Changes in liver function were improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Chaihu detoxification treatment of chronic hepatitis B, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
