降氮煎剂保留灌肠联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

Decoction Reduced Nitrogen Retention Enema, United Alprostadil, in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure by Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察降氮煎剂保留灌肠联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签简单方法随机分为两组。对照组30例前列地尔,10ug＋100m L生理盐水或5%~10%葡萄糖液,1次/d,静滴。治疗组30例降氮煎剂（大黄、蒲公英、丹参各30g,等）,1剂/d,水煎150m L,1次/d,保留灌肠;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐、尿毒氮、24h尿蛋白定量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效8例,有效11例,稳定8例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效9例,有效7例,稳定5例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量治疗组下降优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]降氮煎剂保留灌肠联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Objective] Observe decoction reduced nitrogen retention enema united alprostadil in treating chronic renal failure.[Methods] The 60 patients with hospital by pathography number to draw simple Method were randomly divided into two groups,by random parallel control Method. The 32 cases of theraputic group wer e given injection of alprostadil, 10 ug once a day,be added to 100 m L saline or 5% ~ 10% glucose solution, intravenous.The treatment group 30 cases were given Nitrogen decoction（Rhubarb, dandelion, red sage root 30 g, etc.）, that decoction of 150 m L daily 1 agent,once a day to retention enema. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood creatinine, uricpoisonous nitrogen 24 h urine protein quantitative adverse reactions, through continuous treatment 3 weeks to 1 course of treatment. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group curative effect is much better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment group total effective rate of 90, of which 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 8 cases of stable, invalid（3 cases）. The control group total effective rate of 66.7,of which 9 cases had marked effect, 7 cases of effective and stable in 5 cases, 10 cases were invalid. 24 h urine protein quantitative creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were decreased（P〈0.01）, decrease in treatment group is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Decoction reduced nitrogen retention enema united front in the treatment of chronic renal failure, satisfied curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
