龙血竭片联合西药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞随机平行对照研究

Longxuejie Piece Retinal Vein Occlusion Combined with Western Medicine Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察龙血竭片联合西药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。维生素B1,20mg/次,3次/d;甲谷胺,0.5g/次,3次/d。对照组43例常规抗凝,阿司匹林,0.3g/次,3次/d。治疗组43例龙血竭片,2g/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、视网膜出血、水肿、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.35%。对照组显效17例,有效16例,无效10例,总有效率76.74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]龙血竭片联合西药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Conclusion]Longxuejie tablets combined western medicine treatment of retinal vein occlusion effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
