化痰止咳汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察化痰止咳汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将45例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组23例激素、支气管扩张剂、抗生素、化痰药等药物,予低流量吸氧,维持身体的水电解质酸碱平衡治疗。治疗组22例化痰止咳汤,清热化痰,宣肺止咳平喘(紫菀炙18g,冬花炙、瓜蒌壳、黄芩各15g,鱼腥草、桔梗、枇杷叶炙各12g,甜杏仁15g,丝瓜络12g,浙贝母15g,甘草10g;鼻塞、流涕加麻黄炙8g,辛夷花、苍耳子各12g;咽痛明显加射干15g,牛蒡子、玄参各12g;痰多色黄加芦根30g,薏苡仁25g、桑叶12g;胸痛加郁金、忍冬藤、牡丹皮各15g,桃仁12g),1剂/2d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率90.91%。对照组显效7例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率65.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]化痰止咳汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Treatment group 22 cases Huatanzhike soup, phlegm, cough and asthma Xuanfei（Ziyuan 18 g, Donghua,Gualouke,Huangqi 15 g, Yuxingcao,Jiegeng,Pipaye each 12 g, Tianxingren 15 g, Sigualuo 12 g, Zhebeimu15 g, Gancao 10g; nasal congestion, runny nose, plus Mahuang 8g,Xinyihua,Cangerzi each 12g; sore throat plus significant Shegan 15 g, Niupangzi,Xuanshen 12g; phlegm, yellow plus Lugen 30 g, yiyiren 25 g, Sangye 12g; chest pain, add Yujin,Rendongteng,Mudanpi 15 g,Taoren 12g）, 1/2d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later oral; Western medicine with the control group. 30 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, cough, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treatment group 12 cases, 8 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 90.91%. The control group that were 7 cases, 8 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 65.22%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Huatanzhike soup combined with Western treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
