祛湿化瘀方联合西药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝随机平行对照研究

Qushi Huayu Soup combined Western Medicine Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察祛湿化瘀方联合西药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例甘草酸二铵,150mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例祛湿化瘀方(茵陈15g,田基黄、虎杖、姜黄、生山栀各10g),1剂/d,水煎250m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效37例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组显效18例,有效21例,无效11例,总有效率78.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生化指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛湿化瘀方联合西药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe QUSHI HUAYU Soup combined with western treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. [Methods]Method using parallel-group randomized, 100 outpatients by disease Zhi No. ballot method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. Observation of clinical symptoms, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group 37 cases, 10 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency 94.00%. The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 21 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 78.00%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Biochemical indicators were improved in both groups（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]QUSHI HUAYU Soup combined with western treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
