黄芪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

Parallel Randomized Controlled Study of Diabetic Nephropathy Combined Western Medicine Astragalus Injection

[目的]观察黄芪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例16m L复方丹参注射液+250m L生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组34例0.3g阿魏酸钠+30m L黄芪注射液+100m L生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐(SCr)、尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率86.11%。对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率78.13%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]黄芪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Astragalus injection combined with Western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy. [Methods]Uses random parallel control method, 68 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting method is simple and randomized into two groups. 34 cases in the control group 16 m L ＋ 250 m L Danshen injection of saline, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. Observation of clinical symptoms, serum creatinine（SCr）, urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treatment group 15 cases, effective in 16 cases, 5 cases, the total efficiency of 86.11%. The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 78.13%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Related indicators have improved both groups（P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improvement（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Astragalus injection combined with Western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy satisfied, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
