泻心汤合十灰散联合西药治疗上消化道出血随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察泻心汤合十灰散联合西药治疗上消化道出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将204例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组96例禁食、抑制胃酸、止血、补充血容量、保护肠黏膜等常规治疗;奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组108例泻心汤合十灰散。泻心汤(大黄10g,黄芩、黄连各5g);十灰散(大蓟、小蓟、荷叶、侧柏叶、茅根、茜草、栀子、大黄、牡丹皮、棕榈皮各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、止血时间、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈52例,显效30例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率88.89%。对照组痊愈38例,显效12例,有效18例,无效28例,总有效率70.83%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。止血时间两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]泻心汤合十灰散联合西药治疗上消化道出血疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Cured 38 cases in the control group, 12 cases markedly effective in 18 cases, 28 cases, the total efficiency of 70.83%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Both groups were improved hemostasis time（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improvement（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Xiexintang folded gray powder combined upper gastrointestinal bleeding satisfactory outcome western medicine, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
