消风散对Ⅰ型超敏反应模型大鼠5-羟色胺及P物质影响与顺尔宁等效性随机平行对照研究

Xiaofeng Powder on Type Ⅰ Hypersensitivity in 5-serotonin and Substance P in Rats with Equivalent Effect of Singulair Random Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察消风散对I型超敏反应模型大鼠5-羟色胺及P物质影响与顺尔宁等效性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40只清洁级SD大鼠[雌雄各半,体重（146±20g）,鼠龄4~5周]编号按随机数字表方法随机分为4组,10只/组。使用卵蛋白法复制Ⅰ型超敏反应模型。造模后立即连续灌胃干预14d;空白组和模型组大鼠：生理盐水2m L/只·d-1;顺尔宁组：顺尔宁2m L/只·d-1;消风散组：消风散2m L/只·d-1[给药量=大鼠体重（按0.2kg计算）/人体重（按70kg计算）×6.3倍人体给药量,每周大鼠称重一次,按照体重换算灌胃量]。观测大鼠搔抓次数、五羟色胺及P物质水平（ELISA法测定）。[结果]血清5-羟色胺及P物质含量消风散组和顺尔宁组均显著低于模型组大鼠（P〈0.01）,消风散组和顺尔宁组无显著差异（P〉0.05）。[结论]消风散具有降低I型超敏反应模型大鼠血清5—羟色胺及P物质含量作用,与顺尔宁具有等效性。

[Methods]Using random parallel control method,Will only clean level 40 SD rats,evenly, male and female body weight（146 ＋ 20 g）, rat age 4~5 weeks] number randomly divided into 4 groups according to random number table method, 10 / group.Using egg protein replication typeⅠ allergic reaction model.14 d building continuous lavage immediately after intervention;The blank group and model group rats： physiological saline 2 m L/d. only;Singulair group： singulair 2 ml/d. only;Away the wind scattered groups： disperse like the wind 2 m L/d. only [dosage = weight of rats（calculated by 0.2 kg）/body weight（70 kg） by 6.3 times the human dosage, rats weighing once a week, according to the amount of weight reduction by gastric].Observation rat scratching frequency, serotonin, and level of substance P（ELISA method）. [Results]Serum levels of serotonin and substance P content disperse like the wind and er ning group were significantly lower than that of model group rats（P〈0.01）, disperse like the wind and er ning group had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Has a lower type I hypersensitivity model rats serum content of 5- hydroxytryptamine and substance P, with singulair equivalence
