针刺、耳穴贴压与激光穴位照射联合中药内服治疗脑卒中后尿失禁随机平行对照研究

The Random Parallel Control Study Of Acupuncture,Laser Acupoint Irradiation Combined Auricular Application Pressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Rehabilitation In The Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke

[目的]观察针刺、耳穴贴压与激光穴位照射联合中药内服治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组50例阿托品1支+0.9%氯化钠2m L,双侧三阴交穴位注射,0.5m L/穴;石杉碱甲0.1mg^0.2mg,2次/d;Foley尿管导尿。治疗组50例针刺+激光穴位照射+耳穴贴压+中药内服。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、排尿状况、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率78.00%。对照组痊愈10例,有效19例,无效21例,总有效率48.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺、耳穴贴压与激光穴位照射联合中药内服治疗脑卒中后尿失禁,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effects of acupuncture, acupoint laser irradiation combined with auricular plaster therapy, oral administration of Chinese medicine for treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke effect.[Method] Using random parallel control method, 100 hospitalized patients according to disease will number the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases of the control group atropine 1 ＋0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 2m L, each acupoint injection of 0.5m L; huperzine 0.1mg^0.2mg, 2 times /d; Foley catheter catheterization. 50 cases in the treatment group with acupuncture and laser acupoint irradiation plus Auricular Plaster Therapy plus Chinese herbs. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses of treatment, curative effect.[Results] The treatment group cured 30 cases, effective 19 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 78%. The control group cured 10 cases, effective 19 cases, invalid 21 cases, the total efficiency of 48.60%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The acupuncture, acupoint laser irradiation combined with auricular point sticking, urinary incontinence, oral Chinese medicine in treating post stroke curative effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
