针刺治疗周围性面瘫50例临床观察

Analysis 50 Examples of Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Acupuncture Therapy

[目的]观察针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对50例住院/门诊患者针刺(主穴:阳白透鱼腰、下关、四白、地仓透颊车、水沟、迎香、翳风、牵正、合谷,配穴:攒竹、承泣、太阳、风池、足三里,均取患侧;合谷取双侧。不能抬眉加患侧旁阳白,恢复慢加双侧足三里穴),平补平泻,留针30min,透刺要造成滞针并沿"口歪眼斜"反方向稍加提拉。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、面神经功能、不良反应。治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈33例,好转16例,恢复不良1例,总有效率98.00%(49/50)。[结论]针刺治疗周围性面瘫,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Objective]Observing the curative effect of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.[Methods]Use a forward-looking design Method, analysing and summarizing the process and curative effect of 50 hospitalized patients of peripheral facial paralysis patients（Main acupoint：Yuyao through Yangbai,Xiaguan,Sibai,Jiache through Dicang,Shuigou,Yingxiang,Yifeng,Qianzheng,Hegu Coordination of acupo ints：Cuanzhu,Chengqi,Taiyang,Fengchi,Zusanli.Taking the acupoints of the affected side,both sides of Hegu. As for the patients who can not lift the brow, taking his Yangbai of the affected side.As for the patients who recovers slowly,taking his Zusanli of both side）, with Reinforcing reducing Method, keeping for 30 min. Penetration acupoints need to create a man-made needle sticking and pull along the ＂ Mouth slanting eyes inclined＂ direction slightly.7 days in a row as a course of treatment. Observe the clinical symptom, the function of facial nerve and bad effects. Judging the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment.[Results]33 cases were cured; 16 cases were obviously effective;1 case restores bad. Total effective rate： 98%（49/50）.[Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis is a very good way of treatment, which has no side effects and can be used as the first choice of treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.
