人文核心是人性与教养,关怀是护理的核心概念与中心任务,人文关怀强调尊重、关心、理解、信任患者,核心思想是把患者作为一切护理活动的出发点和归宿,把患者放在第一位。本质是以人为中心,对人生存意义、价值的珍视和关注。营造软性环境,构建合格教师队伍,改变固有带教模式是人文关怀融入临床护理教学的重要体现。重视护生的感情需求并平等的对其进行科学的临床带教,需要进行不断的实践,将人文关怀真正的融入到临床护理教学中。
