摘要 人文核心是人性与教养,关怀是护理的核心概念与中心任务,人文关怀强调尊重、关心、理解、信任患者,核心思想是把患者作为一切护理活动的出发点和归宿,把患者放在第一位。本质是以人为中心,对人生存意义、价值的珍视和关注。营造软性环境,构建合格教师队伍,改变固有带教模式是人文关怀融入临床护理教学的重要体现。重视护生的感情需求并平等的对其进行科学的临床带教,需要进行不断的实践,将人文关怀真正的融入到临床护理教学中。 Human basic core meaning is human nature and upbringing, care is the core concept and the central task of nursing, humanistic care is emphasized to respect, understand, care to patients, patients with patients, patients with trust, its core idea is to regard patients as the starting point and end result of all nursing activity, the patients in the first place. Its essence is a kind of human centered, to the significance of living, people's value and the concern of thought. Create a soft environment, the construction of qualified teachers, change the inherent teaching mode is an important embodiment of humanistic care into clinical nursing teaching. Pay attention to the emotional needs of nursing students and equal scientific clinical to its teaching, need to continue to practice, will be the real human concern into clinical nursing teaching.
