摘要
在价值观教育的文化传承链条中,教师因其独特的传道传统、职责界定与价值取向,在价值观教育的多元力量中应承担起最为关键的主体作用。但是随着时代的变化发展,价值观教育面临着教师主体角色的异化,价值追求的偏离以及工具理性的过分凸显等问题。面对这一境况,探寻教师作为价值观教育主体的本质,从教师自身的价值培养与价值观教育的主客体共融等方面入手来确认和实现教师作为价值观教育主体的合法性与应然性则显得尤为重要。
In the chain of cultural heritage about values education, teachers assume the main role because of its unique preaching tradition, responsibility definition and value orientation. But as the changes of the period development, values education is faced with some problems, like alienation of teachers' role, deviation of value pursuit, and excessively emphasis on the instrumental rationality. Under this situation, it proves to be especially important for teachers as the natural of values education that we should focus on confirming the communion of subject and object, and realizing the certainty and legality on values education.
