摘要
农村教师的学科教学知识掌握得比较薄弱,也不够重视教学反思,不善于梳理自身教学经验,不善于对自己反思的方式进行反思,但大多数教师使用多媒体设备的能力较好。在人际交往方面,教师最希望改善与学生、家长的关系。此外,农村教师实践性知识主要来源于自身教学经验的积累、同事之间的交流、教学观摩等途径。
This survey investigated 887 rural teachers in Zhejiang, Shandong, and Hebei provinces about their practical knowledge through questionnaires and interviews. The findings manifest that teachers' grasp of practical knowledge was quite limited. Most rural teachers were proficient in using multimedia devices, whereas they did not pay sufficient attention to teaching reflection, nor were they good at rethinking their own teaching experiences or reflecting upon the way they rethink. In terms of communication, to improve the relationship with students and their parents was the top priority of rural teachers. Finally, the data analysis indicates that teachers' practical knowledge was acquired principally through "the accumulation of instructional experience", "classroom observation" and "communication with colleagues".
