上海市奉贤区社区小组参与MSM动员HIV检测工作的效果

HIV testing results among MSM by community group of Fenxian District in Shanghai City

目的对2009—2013年社区小组参与男男性行为者(MSM)动员人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测结果进行分析,以便疾病控制部门更好地指导社区小组开展MSM的HIV检测工作,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对上报给上海市中盖项目办非政府组织(NGO)——社区小组2009—2013年的各类指标结果报表和报告及相关资料进行统计分析。结果 2009—2013年MSM中接受HIV检测的阳性率为11.88%,明显高于其他高危人群接受HIV检测0.42%的阳性率。2009年通过社区小组动员发现的HIV阳性人数,占当年各类高危人群阳性总人数的8.33%。2010年为4.35%,2011—2013年均>30.00%。小组发现的阳性者年龄平均数为39.55岁。除去"阳性者配偶或性伴检测"这类高危检测对象,社区小组动员MSM人群HIV检测数仅占各类高危检测对象检测数的1.66%,而确证阳性数占各类高危检测对象确证阳性数比例高达32.12%。结论社区小组参与MSM的HIV检测,形成了MSM干预工作新模式,并提供了对MSM艾滋病防治服务的可及性。为更好地开展MSM高危干预工作,社区小组还须加强自身建设。

[Objective]To analyze the mobilization HIV testing results among MSM （men who have sex with men） by community group from 2009-2013 in order to help disease control department giving guideline for community group to carry out MSM HIV inspection and giving scientific basis for HIV control and prevention. [Methods]The data and indexes in reports and references submitted to Shanghai Zhonggai PMO（NGO） by community group from 2009-2013 were analyzed statistically.[Results]The positive rate of HIV results in MSM from 2009-2013 was 11.88%, significantly higher than that of other high-risk groups tested （0.42%）. In 2009, the HIV positive population found by community group, accounted for 8.33% of total HIV positive high risk population. In 2010, tile number was 4.35%. From 2011-2013, the annual average was over 30.00%. And the average age of HIV positive populations who were found by community groups was 39.55 years old. Eliminating the factors of ＂HIV carriers spouses or partners＂, The MSM HIV tests motivated by the group accounted for 1.66% of the group with high risk, while the confirmed positive cases accounted for 32.12% of the group with high risk.[Conclusion]The involvement of community group in MSM HIV supervision, forms a new mode of MSM intervention work, giving availability to MSM HIV control and prevention. In order to better help MSM high risk intervention, community group itself needs improvement in administration and construction.
