摘要
目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)法进行麦冬药材中的微量元素含量测定。方法使用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4:1,V/V)混合体系消解麦冬样品,采用FAAS法测定6种不同来源的麦冬药材中Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe和Mg的含量。结果麦冬中Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe和Mg的平均含量分别为2.90、5.86、4.83、48.58、425.00μg/g,由高到低依次为Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu,其加标回收率为96.11%~104.50%。结论 FAAS法快速,准确,灵敏,稳定性好,可供麦冬中微量元素含量测定使用。
[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of content of trace elements in Ophiopogonis Radix by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).[Methods]The mixed solution of HNO3 and HC104 (4:14:1 ,v/v) was used to digest the samples. Six different sources of Ophiopogonis Radix medicinal herbs were collected for the determination of the contents of Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Mg by FAAS.[Results]The average content of Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Mg in Ophiopogonis Radix was 2.90, 5.86, 4.83, 48.58, 425.00 μg/g, from high to low was Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu, the recovery rate of the method was 96.11%-104.50%. [Conclusion]The FAAS method is rapid, sensitive, accuracy, stable and available for the determination of trace elements in Ophiopogonis Radix.
