On the Realization Power of Social Economic System Evolution: The Perspective of Game Equilibrium between Interest Groups

经济制度是由利益主体间的制度博弈均衡所决定的,而决定均衡结果的制度博弈报酬结构又直接取决于生产力状况与政治权力结构,其中生产力状况更为根本,因为它能够改变利益群体间暴力潜能结构进而影响政治权力结构。外部因素可作用于上述决定制度博弈均衡的各环节,并最终导致制度博弈均衡的改变及相应的制度变迁。在局部社会大系统中制度与生产力之间是同一层次的相互作用关系,当两者由相互促进变成相互制约时,打破僵局就有赖于外部因素的作用。大的基本经济制度变迁往往需要利益群体大规模集体行动来推动,意识形态是克服其中搭便车问题的主要机制。本文的研究结果对于如何坚持与完善中国特色社会主义制度具有启发意义。

The economic system is determined by the institutional equilibrium of game among the subjects of interests involved.
