摘要
针对输电设备整体及各分部件的状态,提出了一种基于组合赋权的变权模糊评估方法:在综合各类状态信息的基础上,建立了输电设备状态评估参数体系;通过变权综合理论,结合层次分析法和熵权法,在充分考虑各评价因素的均衡性和指标变化幅度对权重影响的情况下,得到各状态信息的综合权重。使用该模糊综合评判方法对输电设备整体状态进行评估,可得出输电设备状态等级的发展趋势。通过对某段输电设备状态评估的实例,验证了该评判方法的有效性。
A fuzzy combined evaluation method for power transmission equipment condition is proposed.Based on combined weight theory,the proposed method adjusts weights based on the current status of different components in the transmission equipment.A systematic equipment status evaluation system is built through analysis of multiple system status information.By combining variable weight comprehensive theory,AHP method and entropy weight method,the complete weighting coefficients for all status information on the system are obtained.With full consideration of balance between evaluation factors and weighting coefficients change,the proposed fuzzy evaluation method can be used to assess overall transmission equipment operation status and predict system development trends.Finally,the validity of proposed method is verified by evaluation of a practical power transmission equipment condition.
