射孔作业过程管柱结构动态响应分析 被引量:12

摘要 射孔产生的冲击载荷会使井下管柱发生强烈振动,导致管柱发生弯曲断裂等事故。考虑油套间隙,采用空间梁单元与弹簧单元求解油套之间非线性接触问题,建立了管柱结构动力模型。提取井下射孔压力波监测数据,应用ANSYS软件,编写APDL语言,分析射孔爆轰波作用下油管柱的动态响应,得到了管柱径向位移、接触反力、摩擦阻力、轴力等随井深的变化曲线,以及位移、速度时间历程曲线。由此证明采用弹簧单元来处理油套之间的非线性接触问题的方法是可行的。 The impact load strong vibration, resulting between tubing and casing contact problems between produced by the perforation can make the downhole string generate in string bending and even fracture accidents. Considering the annulus , using the spatial beam element and spring el oil jacket,the string structural dynamic model ring the monitoring data of downhole perforated pressure wave,using th ANSYS,and writing APDL language,the dynamic response of the tubin easily gets the curve of the radial the axial force changing with the displacement, the contact reaction depth of the well, as well as the di tory curve.
