摘要
弹性夹头是水下多功能快速接头的重要零件,其关系到水下油气生产系统的可靠性。采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件计算得出弹性夹头在被推入和脱离芯轴过程中的应力、位移、反作用力状态,证明了弹性夹头的最大应力小于材料的屈服强度,并分析得出连接和断开水下多功能快速接头时需要提供的推力和拉力,为ROV的选型提供了依据。
The collet is an important part in subsea multi-function quick connector, which influ- ences the reliability of subsea oil and gas production system. ANSYS Workbench was used to ana- lyze the stress, deformation and reaction force of the collet in the process of pushing into and out of the core shaft. The results show that the maximum stress of the collet is less than the material yield strength, and also show the values of pushing and pulling forces in the process of connecting and disconnecting,the necessary basis for ROV selection can be provided.
