An Exploration of Constructing Party Branch by the Communist Party of China in the Early Period and its Revelation

中国共产党建党后,特别是四大以后,随着革命形势的发展、党员数量的增加,中央在加强支部建设过程中,特别注重通过规范支部的设置、明确支部的职责和任务、强化支部领导机关建设、实行定期会议制度等措施建立、健全支部生活。遵义会议前中国共产党对支部建设的探索表明,在党的建设中,支部建设是基础,健全支部生活是关键,调动党员参与支部生活的积极性、主动性是抓手。

After the founding of the Communist Party of China （ CPC）, especially after the 4th CPC National Congress, with the development of the revolutionary situation and the increase of the Party members, the central Party Committee in the process of strengthening the construction of its Party branches, pays a special attention to regulating the branch deployment, defining the mission, strengthening the construction of leading bodies and holding regular meetings to establish and improve the branch activities. The CPC＇s exploration of constructing party branches before Zunyi Meeting shows that constructing the CPC must take the party branch construction as the foundation, sound branch activities as the key, and arousing the enthusiasm and initiatives of members to participate as the gripper.
