摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆NT-pro BNP(N氨基末端脑钠肽前体)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)的影响。方法:将79例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组应用常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加丹红注射液,疗程4周,比较两组临床疗效及血浆NT-pro BNP、TNF-α变化。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为76.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清NT-pro BNP、TNF-α水平无明显差异,治疗后血浆NT-pro BNP、TNF-α水平明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,观察组NT-pro BNP、TNFα水平低于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效确切,可显著降低血浆NT-pro BNP、TNF-α的含量,促进患者康复。
Objective： To observe the effects of Danhong Injection on the levels of N - terminal pro - B - type natriuretic peptide（ NT -proBNP） and tumor necrosis factor ct （TNF -c t）in patients with chronic heart fail- ure. Methods ：79 patients with chronic heart failure were randomized into two groups ：the control group in which 39 cases were treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group in which 40 cases were received Dan- hong Injection based on routine treatment,with the course of 4 weeks. Clinical effiacy, the level of NT - proBNP and TNF - a were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% and the control group was 76.9% ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of NT- proBNP and TNF-a before treatment was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups;after treatment, the levels of NT - proBNP and TNF - a in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group decreased more significantly to compare with contnol group, the differ- ence was significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Danhong Injection can improve the efficacy of chronic heart fail- ure,reduce the levels of NT- proBNP and TNF-a and promote patients＇ recovery.
