摘要 目的:观察痛风汤的镇痛作用。方法:50只小鼠,随机分成5组,空白组、阳性对照组及低、中、高剂量痛风汤组,各组小鼠分别灌胃给药1周后,通过热板法及醋酸扭体实验,观察痛风汤的镇痛作用。结果:痛风汤可明显提高小鼠的热板痛阈值,明显减少小鼠由醋酸引起的扭体次数。结论:痛风汤具有一定的镇痛作用。 Objective :To observe the analgesic action of Tongfeng Tang. Methods : So mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,blank, model, postive control and low, middle, high dose groups, each group was given the corresponding saline or medicine for 1 week, to study the analgesic effect of Tongfeng Tang by hot plate and acetic acid twisting experiment. Results:Tongfeng Tang could obviously increase the pain threshold value of mice in- duced by hot stimulus, obviously reduce the frequency of body twisting caused by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion:Tongfeng Tang has a certain analgesic action.
