摘要
在Al Masane矿中厚矿体的回采中,创新性地在分段间采用上下向中深孔以增大分段高度,由于上下向中深孔侧向分段崩矿阶段空场法在国内无现成的范例可以参考,在该方法的使用过程中大胆创新仔细论证,解决了上向孔装药、下向孔堵孔、爆破参数优化等一系列的问题。该方法适合使用大型设备,它可以充分利用矿山的设备优势,为生产提供技术可行、经济合理、安全高效的采矿方法。也为类似的矿山提供值得借鉴的成功范例。
The up and down holes method is creatively used to increase the height of sublevel in the recovery of medium thick orebody of AI Masane. Due to the situation that there is no example of high sublevel up and down hole combined open stope mining method for reference in China, with bold innovation and careful justification, we have solved a series of issues of up hole charge, down hole blockage and blasting parameter optimization. This method is suitable for large scale equipments, for it can make full use of the equipment advantages to provide the mining method with technical feasibility, economic rationality and safety and efficiency; meanwhile, it can also provide a successful example for other mines with similar conditions.
