摘要
综合瓮福磷矿大塘矿段矿体开采技术条件、矿物加工对矿石质量的要求等,推荐采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿方法,包括a层和b层矿混采与a层和b层矿分采分运方案。经综合技术经济比较分析,混采时推荐下行式大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,分采分运时推荐沿走向高分段下向中深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,其中混采时对不同厚度夹层的处理方式可为类似矿山含夹层多层矿体开采提供参考。
Based on the comprehensive consideration of the mining technology conditions and ore quality requirements for mineral processing technology of Datang mining area orebody in Wengfu Phosphorite Mine, two mining schemes with bench stoping and subsequent backfilling for layer a and layer b are proposed, including mixed mining and haulage in slices. By comparison of the technical and economic indexes, it is recommended that the downward large-diameter longhole mining method with bench stoping and subsequent backfilling perpendicular to the strike when mixed mining, and downward medium-length hole mining method with high-sublevel open stoping and subsequent backfilling along the strike when mining and haulage in slices. Furthermore, different treatments for interlayer between layer a and layer b can be referred for the similar multi-layered deposits.
