摘要
在矿山充填系统中,通过添加减水剂可以改变充填料浆流变特性,改善其在管道输送中的流动性能,是地下矿山实现高浓度大倍线自流充填的有效途径。针对安庆铜矿马头山矿段充填倍线大无法实现高浓度自流输送开展充填料浆减阻试验。结果表明,在高浓度料浆中添加减水剂能够有效改善充填料浆的流动性,扩散直径提高10%-30%,流动过程中的黏聚力大幅降低,降低10-30 Pa。
In tailings filling system, the effective ways to realize the high density backfilling of the underground mine are that adding water reducing agent to change the rheological properties of the filling slurry and improving the flow performance in the pipeline. The stowing gradient of the filling slurry in Matoushan ore block of Anqing Copper Mine is too large to complete the gravity transportation, so the drag reduction experiments are carried out. The results show that by adding an appropriate amount of water reducing agent, the rheological properties of the high density of filling railings slurry can be effectively improved which leads to the diffusion diameter increased by 10% -30% , and the cohesion is greatly decreased by 10- 30 Pa.
