本文讨论了工程项目管理中的施工进度控制与管理以及优化问题.重点分析了同江防护区工程施工进度影响因素并对这些影响因素提出了具体的优化措施,可为相似工程的建设提供借鉴.
The control and management of construction progress in the project managements and its improvement are discussed. The influencing factors of Tongjiang protection project construction progress is analyzed and the concrete improvement measures is put forward. It can be referred for the similar projects.
