摘要
中海码头发展有限公司在推行比利时泽布吕赫码头股份收购项目的过程中,采取了现金流折现法测算项目议价;用敏感性分析法对项目的可行性进行了合理分析;聘请第三方专业团队对项目进行了法律、资产、财务的尽职调查。这些创新管理降低了项目的投资风险,收到了降本增效的成果。
In 2013 August, after multiple negotiations, China Shipping Terminal Development Co. Ltd. signed a formal contract with APMT and SIPG for the acquisition of 24% shares of Belgian APMT Zeebrugge terminal. In the project implementation process, CSTD used Discount Cash Flow Method to do program bargaining to make the final transaction price more reasonable; they used Sensitivity Analysis Method to make the project more rational, and made a scientific decision on the prospect of the project; they hired third party professional team to undertake due diligences for legal, assets and financial. The implemen tation of these methods helped them to reduce project investment risk, and gave them full confidence of future developments.
