沿边跨境资金流动背景下洗钱风险控制策略探究——以广西为视角

Policy Research on Money Laundering Risk Control based on Crossborder Capital Flowing

本文从国际国内反洗钱工作新形势出发,突出广西作为西南地区最便捷的出海海道,南濒北部湾、紧邻东南亚,与生俱来的地理位置和区位优势,以及自古具有的"一廊连七国"、"海上丝绸之路始发港"的美誉,将视角投放在跨境资金流动日益频繁的大趋势下,探讨如何在拓展跨境人民币创新业务、深化跨境资本市场发展等的同时,关注资金快速便捷流动背后隐藏的风险隐患,同时对目前广西沿边跨境资金流动监测管理模式进行深度分析,并提出有关政策建议。

Guangxi has inherent advantages of geographical position and location, which as the most convenient access to the sea of southwest area, near the northern part of South Bay, adjacent to the southeast. Starting from the new situation of domestic and international anti money laundering, based on the trend of cross-border capital flows in- creasingly frequent, this paper considers how to expand cross-border RMB business innovation and develop cross-bor- der capital market, at the same time focuses on the hidden risk of money＇ s fast and convenient flow, and in-depth analyz- es cross-border capital flow monitoring and management mode. Then the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
