摘要 本文详细介绍了博禄高结晶均聚聚丙烯的特点和应用,该产品是根据北星专利技术(Borstar)和北欧化工成核技术(BNT)生产。其中,BNT技术是改变聚丙烯形态的关键。相比滑石粉改性聚丙烯和无添加成核剂的聚丙烯,BNT技术所生产的聚丙烯结晶体的尺寸会更为均匀和出色,挺度比其他目前可以在市场上找到的普通均聚聚丙烯要高很多(弯曲模量高50%)。 This article introduces in details about the characteristics and the applications of the high crystalline homopolymer polypropylene developed by Borouge company. It is based on the North Star patented technology (Borstar) and Borealis Nucleation Technology (BNT), and especially BNT technology is the key to change the form of Polypropylene. Comparing with Talc modified polypropylene and no added nucleating agents polypropylene, the size of Polypropylene crystals, which were made with BNT technology, will be more uniform with excellent appearance, as well as the stiffness is much higher than the other common homopolymer polypropylene found in the market(higher 50% in bending modulus).
